Please use this short form to change your degree ONLY if you meet the following conditions:
1. You are currently enrolled at Southeastern and are in good standing (no academic/disciplinary probation or suspension)
2. You are seeking to replace your current curriculum, not add another degree to your current one.
3. You are making a curriculum change that does NOT require a new application. The following changes meet this requirement (all other changes should be directed to the Changing Degree Form).

Please be aware that using this application does not automatically grant you approval into a new curriculum. Your file will be reviewed by the Registrar's Office and you will be notified of any questions/decisions.

If your motivation for changing degrees involves a financial aid need for the current semester or future semesters, please reach out to the Financial Aid Office immediately (financialaid@sebts.edu). If you are not sure whether financial aid will be affected by this change, please contact the Financial Aid Office.

If you are currently enrolled in a Credit-Only program, you must fill out a full application to change to a degree program.
